Registration fees include attendance to the conference, access to poster area display, and coffee breaks.All payments will be processed by ISPAH. If you require further assistance, please <a href=\"https:\/\/ispah.tecology-hosting.co\/congress-2026\/contact-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">contact us<\/a>.<strong>Please note:<\/strong> The closing date for registration is<strong> 22 September 2026<\/strong>. After this date, no registration will be accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Cancellation Policy<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you need to cancel your registration payment, please <a href=\"https:\/\/ispah.tecology-hosting.co\/congress-2026\/contact-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">contact us<\/a>. Our cancellation policy is as follows:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cancellations received before May 1<sup>st<\/sup> 2026:<\/strong> A \u00a350 administrative fee will be retained to cover our time and associated fees. The remaining amount will be refunded.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancellations received between May 1st and May 31<sup>st<\/sup> 2026:<\/strong> 25% of the registration fee will be retained, and 75% will be refunded.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancellations received between June 1st and June 30<sup>th<\/sup> 2026:<\/strong> 50% of the registration fee will be retained, and 50% will be refunded.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancellations received between July 1st and August 9<sup>th<\/sup> 2026:<\/strong> 75% of the registration fee will be retained, and 25% will be refunded.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancellations received after August 10<sup>th<\/sup> 2026:<\/strong> No refunds will be provided, as this is the deadline for speaker registration.<strong>Note:<\/strong> The registration fee includes access to the main congress. The same refund policy applies to add-on events such as the ISPAH Party, or any other add-on events that ISPAH may include. This policy allows us to cover administrative costs and any fees incurred. Thank you for your understanding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Event Program<\/strong><br \/>\nThe event organisers reserve the right to change the event program at any time without prior notice. This includes alterations to the agenda, speakers, venue, and any other aspects of the event deemed necessary for logistical or administrative reasons.<\/li>\n<li><strong> Data Protection<\/strong><br \/>\nBy registering for the event, delegates agree to the collection, use, and storage of their personal data by the organizers for purposes related to the event. This includes administrative purposes and future promotional activities. All personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Delegates are advised to arrange for their own insurance protections.<\/li>\n<li><strong> Conduct<\/strong><br \/>\nDelegates are expected to conduct themselves professionally throughout the event.
